Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Goalytics subscriptions ("Goalytics Pro"). It applies to all purchases made through our platform. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set out below alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Billing

Goalytics Pro is billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel. The price and billing interval are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your first subscription purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. If you have not made substantial use of the paid features during this period, we will refund the amount you paid for that initial term. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of your first payment.

4. Refunds After the Withdrawal Period

Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, for downgrades, or for periods during which you did not use the service. We may grant refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings on your profile page. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until that date. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the channels listed on our contact section with the email address associated with your account and the date of the charge. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period, or believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly. We will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or erroneous charges in full.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, as we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Initiating a chargeback may result in the suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect.
